BSA & Deposit Compliance Assistant

Northview Bank is seeking a full-time Bank Secrecy Act/Deposit Compliance Assistant for its Hinckley office. As a BSA/Compliance Assistant, you will have the opportunity to help the compliance department develop, implement and monitor the Bank’s BSA and Deposit Compliance Programs. Primary Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in day-to-day execution and monitoring of the bank’s BSA and deposit compliance processes and procedures
• Completing various reviews of required reports, logs and data
• Performing monthly and quarterly audits
• Representing the bank through active participation in community events

Experience/Education Requirements:            

• Thorough knowledge of Windows based software
• Thorough knowledge of bank operating systems
• Thorough knowledge of various compliance regulations
• 3 years’ experience in deposit compliance preferred. 4 to 5 years of previous experience at a financial institution preferred
• Excellent communication & organizational skills

Northview Bank is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (Teller) for its Barnum office. As a CSR, you will have the opportunity to help customers handle their banking transactions. • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
